Yup, it looks to be blinking 3 times, which according to the manual is a fan failure, however the fans are working fine and no errors for them on telnet. you wanted a fiber IO card anyway-admit it Since your crosspoint card is OK just buy a new IO card and be done with it. you can tell by the white LED at the top of each IO card which ones are on.
